Apple mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Apple in Suva: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Apple mesh tank here
Apple in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Apple mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: apple in Suva works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple mesh tank really costs in Suva
A apple mesh tank from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.32 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
