Apple mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Apple in Suva: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.66 per 10 ml.
Apple in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple mesh tank really costs in Suva
If you are looking at apple in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested apple in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
