Apple prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Apple in Suva: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A apple prefilled pod from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run apple the same way in Suva: same prefilled pod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.6 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where apple goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.6 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
