Apple RDA IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Apple in Suva: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.04 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a apple RDA really costs in Suva
A apple RDA from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
Is apple legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How long does apple in a RDA last?
In Suva we measured 4 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
