Apple sub-ohm kit IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Apple in Suva: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.31 per 10 ml.
The honest read on apple: 13 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple sub-ohm kit really costs in Suva
We run apple the same way in Suva: same sub-ohm kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested apple in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where apple goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.31 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Packaging for apple in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.31 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
