Berry pen device IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Berry in Suva: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Berry is allowed to say
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry pen device really costs in Suva
We run berry the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested berry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where berry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Packaging for berry in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
