Blackcurrant refill pack IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Blackcurrant in Suva: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Blackcurrant is allowed to say
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.85 per 10 ml.
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant refill pack really costs in Suva
Blackcurrant in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested blackcurrant in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.85 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
