Candy squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Candy in Suva: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run candy the same way in Suva: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: candy in Suva works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy squonk mod really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.33 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
