Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Caramel in Suva reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.33 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised FJ$33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.33 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
