Caramel 60 ml bottle IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for caramel
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.19 per 10 ml.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Suva
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.19 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.19 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
