Caramel box mod IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a box mod for caramel
The honest read on caramel: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Suva
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.39 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.39 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
