A caramel cartomizer from the compared options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.67 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
