Caramel cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: caramel in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Suva
Caramel in Suva reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.27 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
