Caramel cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same cartomizer, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Suva
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
