Caramel e-liquid bundle IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What caramel costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on caramel: 18 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Suva
Caramel in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is caramel legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
