Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Caramel mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Suva
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Suva we measured 4 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
