Caramel pen device IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a pen device for caramel
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A caramel pen device from the best options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.59 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
