Caramel pen device IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a pen device for caramel
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.67 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Suva
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
