Caramel pen device IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What caramel costs in Suva
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel in Suva reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Suva
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.17 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
