Caramel RDA IQOS in Suva: the price shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What caramel costs in Suva
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Suva
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Suva survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
