Caramel refill pack IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Caramel refill pack here
A caramel refill pack from the reviewed options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.48 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run caramel the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: caramel in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
