Caramel refill pack IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Fiji
If you are looking at caramel in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.66 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.66 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a refill pack last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
