Caramel vape pen IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Caramel in Suva: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.37 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Suva
Caramel in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised FJ$38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.37 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a vape pen last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
