Cherry pod kit IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Cherry in Suva: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a pod kit for cherry
Cherry sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.93 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry pod kit really costs in Suva
Cherry pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cherry in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Mixing cherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
