Cherry pod kit IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Cherry in Suva: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Cherry pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A cherry pod kit from the flat-rate options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cherry in Suva works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry pod kit really costs in Suva
A cherry pod kit from the flat-rate options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cherry in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$1.7 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
