Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Suva: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with citrus in Fiji
If you are looking at citrus in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.72 per 10 ml.
The short version: citrus in Suva works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
A citrus 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
