Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run citrus the same way in Suva: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: citrus in Suva works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus mesh tank really costs in Suva
A citrus mesh tank from the value options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.51 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.51 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
