Citrus RDA IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Suva: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Suva
If you are looking at citrus in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does citrus in a RDA last?
In Suva we measured 5 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
