The honest read on citrus: 12 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

A citrus refill pack from the compared options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
