Citrus refill pack IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Suva: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Citrus refill pack here
Citrus in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Suva
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.48 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
