Cola pen device IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Cola in Suva: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.56 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola pen device really costs in Suva
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.56 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
