Cream cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Cream in Suva: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on cream: 7 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.89 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
