Cream pen device IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Cream in Suva: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What cream costs in Suva
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.54 per 10 ml.
Cream pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pen device really costs in Suva
The honest read on cream: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Suva survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cream in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
