What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.48 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.48 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
