Dessert zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Dessert in Suva: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Dessert zero-nicotine bottle here
We run dessert the same way in Suva: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: dessert in Suva works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Suva
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.48 per 10 ml.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
