Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Frozen in Suva: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
We run frozen the same way in Suva: same 30 ml shortfill, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at frozen in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.92 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.92 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
