Frozen cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Frozen in Suva: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a cartomizer for frozen
We run frozen the same way in Suva: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on frozen: 17 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a cartomizer last?
In Suva we measured 4 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$3.33 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
