Frozen refill pack IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Suva: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Frozen refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A frozen refill pack from the bulk options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Suva
Frozen in Suva reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a refill pack last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.92 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
