Guava RDA IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Guava in Suva: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Guava RDA here
Guava RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Guava sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: guava in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava RDA really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested guava in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.96 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for guava in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$1.96 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
