Guava vape pen IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Guava in Suva: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the guava habit
Guava in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A guava vape pen from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava vape pen really costs in Suva
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.39 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where guava goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
