Herbal pen device IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Herbal in Suva: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal in Suva reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Suva
Herbal pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
