Herbal in Suva: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: herbal in Suva works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Suva
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.41 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
