Honey cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Honey in Suva: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the honey habit
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.49 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: honey in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey cartomizer really costs in Suva
Honey in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where honey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.49 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.49 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
