Iced cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Iced in Suva: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
A iced cartomizer from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at iced in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: iced in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Suva
We run iced the same way in Suva: same cartomizer, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.07 per 10 ml.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does iced in a cartomizer last?
In Suva we measured 6 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
