Iced mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Iced in Suva: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Iced mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.68 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Suva
The honest read on iced: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised FJ$68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.68 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.68 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does iced in a mesh tank last?
In Suva we measured 5 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
