Iced pen device IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Iced in Suva: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in Fiji
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at iced in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pen device really costs in Suva
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Suva survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$1.88 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
