Iced refill pack IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Iced in Suva: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run iced the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: iced in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Suva
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.08 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is iced legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
