Licorice prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Licorice in Suva: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Licorice prefilled pod here
Licorice in Suva reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: licorice in Suva works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice prefilled pod really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested licorice in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.31 per 10 ml.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Licorice | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | prefilled pod | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 24 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Fiji |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Fiji | 6–12 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | FJ$68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | FJ$2.31 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is licorice legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How long does licorice in a prefilled pod last?
In Suva we measured 6 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
