Licorice refill pack IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Suva: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Licorice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at licorice in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Suva
A licorice refill pack from the discounted options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised FJ$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.78 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is licorice legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
