Mango pen device IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Mango in Suva: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Mango is allowed to say
Mango in Suva reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.02 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mango pen device really costs in Suva
If you are looking at mango in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mango in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mango goes wrong
- Mixing mango with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.02 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mango the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$3.02 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
